The Comedy Awards 2011 Winners

MTV Networks and Comedy Central, along with Don Mischer Productions proudly announce the Spring 2011 debut of The Comedy Awards, the first multi-network event dedicated to the serious art of being funny.

This historic, one-night-only celebration will honor the most talented writers, directors, actors and stand-ups, across all of comedy, who provided the laugh track to our lives this past year: the pioneers who pushed boundaries; the TV shows that we rushed home for; the movies that are etched into our collective pop-culture memory; the stand-up comedians and the viral videos that make us laugh every day.

The Comedy Awards took place on March 26, 2011 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. The show premiered on Comedy Central on Sunday, April 10, 2011, and simulcast on Spike TV,CMT, TV Land and VH1.
