Undercover Boss Season 3

The CBS hit show Undercover Boss returns for season 3. CBS announced via TV Guide that it is renewing its Sunday night show ‘Undercover Boss.’

A spin-off from the U.K. hit show of the same name, Undercover Boss premiered in the U.S. after Super Bowl XLIV in 2010, and the first episode was watched by over 38 million viewers.

The format of ‘Undercover Boss’ is based on a senior executive working incognito in their own company to investigate how it really works and identify how it can be improved, as well as rewarding the hard-working staff. Companies featured in previous episodes include Subway, Frontier Airlines and Hooters.
