DJ Megatron Shot and Died

A local ABC news reported that BET star and HOT97 DJ Megatron was fatally shot in Staten Island early Sunday morning, around 2 a.m. in the Clifton section.

DJ Megatron, whose given name was Corey McGriff, was shot once in the stomach and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A police source said detectives have thus far not been able to track down an eyewitness to the murder.
