Serena Williams Today Show Interview

Tennis star, Serena Williams, appeared on NBC’s The Today Show this morning and broke her silence about her recent medical condition. In the last week, Serena had been diagnosed with pulmonary embolism.

Serena Williams says it was “the scariest moment in my life” when blood clots were recently discovered in her lungs.

The 13-time Grand Slam champion said Wednesday that she hopes to return to tennis this summer.
