Keith Olbermann Leaving MSNBC

Keith Olbermann announced Friday that he is leaving MSNBC and that his show “Countdown” will also end that day. Olbermann did not explain the reason why he was leaving.

MSNBC issued a statement Friday that it had ended its contract with the the controversial host, with no further explanation.
