School District of Philadelphia Announcement
The School District of Philadelphia released this statement regarding the opening of classes today.
“SCHOOLS TO OPEN TWO HOURS LATE, TUESDAY, JANUARY 18, 2011
Due to the inclement weather, all School District of Philadelphia schools will open two hours late today, Tuesday, January 18. This two hour delay is in effect for students and teachers only from the original start time. All administrative offices will open on time.
During a delayed opening yellow bus transportation for students will also be delayed by two hours from the original pick-up time.”
