Central Bucks School District Closing Information

The Central Bucks School District announces weather-related school closings, late starts, and early dismissals in several ways. Please note that announcements are made only when schools will close, start late, or dismiss early. Announcements are not made stating schools will be open, will start on time, or will not close early.

CENTRAL BUCKS SCHOOL CLOSING ANNOUNCEMENTS CAN BE FOUND VIA:

* TELEVISION – Many TV channels, including channels 3, 6, 10 and 69 carry scrolling lists of school closings and late starts during inclement weather.

* CBTV – The district television station, CBTV, carries school closing announcements. CBTV is channel 28 for Comcast cable viewers and channel 40 for Verizon viewers.

* NEWSLINE – Call 267-893-2000 and press 6 for an automated phone announcement.

* RADIO ANNOUNCEMENTS
School closing information is also carried on these radio stations:
