What are Japanese rain goggles? Blame Charlie for mentioning the goggles in the new episode of Two and a Half Men.
From Google: “The goggles are called Mejikara and made of silicone rubber. Supposedly they have “specially-designed ridges which massage and help your skin” by putting “gentle pressure on [it] and pushing those sagging eyes back up to where they once were.”
