Notre Dame Student Dies after tower falls

Declan Sullivan, a 20-year-old junior student of Notre Dame, died Wednesday after the tower from which he was filming football practice fell over.

Authorities were investigating the incident that involved a hydraulic scissor lift on a day when winds were gusting to more than 50 mph, according to the National Weather Service.
