Chechen Parliament Shooting – Under Attack

The Chechen parliament has come under attack, BBC news agencies report.

The circumstances are unclear but there are reports of fatalities at the building in the capital, Grozny.

Two local news agencies report shooting taking place in or near the parliament. One agency cites law enforcement agencies as saying a suicide bomber had attacked the building.
