Frontier Airlines CEO Bryan Bedford on Undercover Boss

Bryan Bedford, the President and CEO of Frontier Airlines was the boss featured on CBS show Undercover Boss. He said “I learned a lot, and got so much more out of it than it cost me to put into it. The most important thing I learned was how passionate our employees are about making our airline work.”
