Twin Cities Marathon 2010 Results

The Twin Cities Marathon 2010 in Minnesota on Sunday ended with Buzunesh Deba of Ethiopia becaming the first woman to win the Twin Cities Marathon and Grandma’s Marathon in Duluth in the same year. Deba finished with a time of 2:27:24.

The men’s winner was Sergio Reyes of Palmdale, Calif., with a time of 2:14:02.
