* South 4th from Grand to Center
* 400 Block of South Oak
* Stange north of 13th to 24th
* Freel Drive
* U.S. 69 north of Bloomington Road
* Stagecoach Road at Riverside Drive
* Riverside Drive from U.S. 69 to Dayton Road
* East Lincoln Way from Duff Ave to Carnegie
* I-35 North and Southbound between Hwy 30 and County Road 210
