Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y), Anthony Weiner, lost his cool during the voting for the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act. In the end, the act was defeated due to votes by the House Republicans late Thursday. The bill would have provided up to $7.4 billion in aid to those sickened by toxins resulting from the 9/11 attacks.
