San Francisco Marathon – SF Marathon 2010

The 2010 San Francisco Marathon, better called the SF Marathon, kicked off early this morning July 25. Some 24,000 people joined the 32nd annual race.

The marathon started and finished on the Embarcadero, just south of Mission Street near the Ferry building. Organizers started the race in “waves” from 5:30 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. with the fastest runners starting first.
