Also, according to sources, the Bulls reached a verbal agreement with power forward Carlos Boozer on a five-year, $80-million deal today. The deal can’t be officially signed until 11:01 p.m. tonight when the NBA salary cap for the 2010-11 season is lifted and the moratorium against signing free agents is lifted.
