ESPN Radio World Cup Coverage 2010

ESPN radio will have three teams of radio announcers and every 2010 World Cup game will be available on ESPN radio. The live coverage depends on your local ESPN affiliate as to whether you’ll get every game.

The Los Angeles ESPN affiliate, 710, is going to air every U.S. and Mexico match, for example. The three ESPN radio teams are JP Dellacamera and Tommy Smyth, Glenn Davis and Kyle Martino, and Ross Dyer and Shep Messing.

Sirius and XM satellite radio will have every ESPN broadcast too: channels 235 and 236 on XM and 213 and 214 on Sirius. There also will be German broadcasts on XM 237 and Sirius 215; Japanese on XM 238 and Sirius 216; Portuguese on XM 239 and Sirius 217; Arabic on XM 243 and Sirius 218 and Korean on XM 244 and Sirius 219.

Sirius XM will also have a daily studio show hosted by international soccer star Giorgio Chinaglia and U.S. Soccer Foundation founding board member Charlie Stillitano at 4 p.m. PDT (Channel 125 for Sirius and 241 for XM).

ESPN Radio will also have a “World Cup Today” soccer special at 3 p.m. daily hosted by Doug Brown, Chuck Wilson and Dellacamera.
