Belmont Stakes Results 2010 – Drosselmeyer Wins at Belmont Park

Drosselmeyer and jockey Mike Smith took the title as the best horse during the 2010 Belmont Stakes at Belmont Park. Fly Down came in second and First Dude finished third.

The winning time was 2:31.57, the slowest since Thunder Gulch won in 2:32 in 1995.

Drosselmeyer returned $28, $11.60 and $7.70. Fly Down, with John Velazquez aboard, paid $6.80 and $5.10. First Dude returned $4.90 to show.
