Gabrielle Union Sued by Siohvaughn Wade (Siohvaughn Funches)

Funches claims the actress “engaged in sexual foreplay” with Wade in front of his sons, Zaire, 8, and Zion, 2, while on an unsupervised visit to his Miami home, according to the Chicago Sun-Times and NY Daily News.

The suit also alleges that Wade’s oldest son was allowed to play unsupervised in or around the Miami home’s pool at night. Wade and Union allegedly ignored the child, whose “screams and cries” eventually caught the attention of Wade’s mother, Jolinda Wade.

In addition, the suit claims the younger son nearly drowned while in Wade’s care.
