Tennessee Region 4 Event Reports: TDOT Road Conditions

Description: Interstate 155 both directions in Dyer County – Between MILE MARKER 8 – Mile Marker: 8 and EXIT 15: SOUTH US-51/ EAST US-412 / DYERSBURG-JACKSON (Mile Marker: 15.8), resurfacing work will intermittently close the roadway every day. This work is expected to be completed by 7/15/2010.

CURRENT ACTIVITIES: I-155 L.M. 7.00 TO L.M. 12.00 EAST BOUND OUTSIDE LANE IS CLOSED FOR PAVING OPERATIONS.

Description: Interstate 24 eastbound in Davidson County – Between EXIT 48: JAMES ROBERTSON PKWY./STATE CAPITOL (Mile Marker: 46.1) and MILE MARKER 49 (Mile Marker: 47.0), flooded road conditions were reported at 5/2/2010 8:00:00 AM with the roadway closed.

Construction Project, Coffee County

Description: Interstate 24 both directions in Coffee County – Between MILE MARKER 110 (Mile Marker: 110) and MILE MARKER 113 (Mile Marker: 113), construction work will cause temporary lane closures weeknights. This work is expected to be completed by 5/31/2010.

CURRENT ACTIVITIES: Temporary Lane Closures will be in place in the Left Lane for the installation of Longitudinal Cable Barrier System.
