A small town, Wauconda, in Okanogan County, Washington was posted for bidding on eBay by owner Daphne Fletcher. He got 112 bids and finally sold Wauconda town to bidders Maddie and Neal Love for $360,000. Daphne Fletcher bought the four-acre town for $180,810 in 2007.
