Easter Parade New York 2010

Join the popular 2010 Easter Parade in New York city today. The Easter tradition which takes place each Easter Sunday. New Yorkers flock to the area around Fifth Avenue from 49th to 57th Streets to see the wonderful displays of Easter bonnets and costumes.

Beginning around 10 am, the streets throng with color and excitement as participants parade with their elaborate bonnets that range from incredible floral displays to those harboring live animals – this really is a spectacle that has to be seen to be believed. There are special Easter services at St Patrick’s Cathedral on 50th Street and 5th Avenue, at St Thomas Church on 53rd Street and 5th Avenue and at the 5th Avenue Presbyterian Church.
