I have seen the whole episode of today’s Kitchen Nightmares on Fox Channel. Wow,the lady who owns Ana Vincenzo’s Ristorante Italiano has an attitude. Chef Ramsay visits the family-run restaurant whose owner/chef, is extremely resistant to change.

After the show “Kitchen Nightmares” these people still have not learned! I went one day after the show and i was super exited. Me and my family drove 55 minutes just to get their. The Owners husband has no customer service at all. I didn’t even see one smile from him. He was my waiter. I ordered my plate of chicken parmesan. I asked if I can get Alfredo instead of the spaghetti. I then got a bill for 24 just for my plate. They charged me 15 for the chicken breast and 8 for my side. I didn’t even get the side that my plate brings. These people are not going to get anywhere with that type of service! Still have not learned their lesson. The food was an 6.
