Varner is the only former NCAA champion.

Wrestling begins at 11 a.m. with most eyes on Mat 8 where two NCAA finalists from 2009 meet in a pigtail bout. Ohio State’s Mike Pucillo, the 2008 champ, meets Central Michigan’s Mike Miller, a finalist at 174 last year.
