Alex Lambert Petition – Will American Idol Listen?

To the attention of Fox.com, 19Entertainment, and Fremantle Media:
Avid viewers of American Idol were in complete shock to see Alex Lambert voted off tonight. His voice is most importantly, different, and his simple raw talent was something that many chosen idol contestants… lack. America ABSOLUTELY voted wrong in this, and many, many loyal viewers have no desire to continue watching American Idol without seeing how far Alex Lambert could have, and should have gone. The signatures on this petition are not expected to be taken lightly, but instead, as a serious cause of action in bringing Alex Lambert back onto American Idol before the season ends.
In less than 2 hours of creating this, there were already over 400 signatures.
Alex Lambert was a trending topic on Twitter HOURS after the show ended, and STILL IS.
It’s clearly evident that he has a special gift that people want to continue to hear.I’ve never seen such an uproar for ANY contestant to be put back in BEFORE even making it to top 12, until Alex. Quite frankly, this season of Idol has been a massive disappointment so far, and I’m sure that comes as no surprise to everyone running Idol.
Then, the one person who people tuned in to actually see, is now gone. After seeing the complete disgust in pure talent having to leave the show, loyal fans and viewers of AI have officially decided to turn off the tv when it comes to further watching.
There were 13 finalists last year in order to keep Anoop in.

AI should respond to that petition! Alex’s fans are working hard to share the petition to everyone. And may i mention that they’re really pissed because of alex got voted off.. I know it’s america’s chance to vote but we do made a wrong choice.. Please help us getting a second chance for alex lambert!!!!!!!
YES AMERICAN IDOL WILL LISTEN, HAS TO LISTEN, AND HAS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. OR ELSE, I WILL NOT WATCH IT AGAIN.
I just want to put it out there that I tried voting after the show by calling repeatedly for 2 hours…but all I got was a busy signal. I do not have AT&T (the show accepts texts as votes, but only from AT&T).
So, as a fan, I did try voting for him. If he is brought back, I will switch to AT&T so that I can support him with texts.
there must have been something wrong with the vote system if you can’t get through in 2 hours! that’s insane! let alex back in! the show’s no good now!
they never even say how many votes someone got, that shows they’re hiding stuff. they could easy manipulate the vote!
I signed the petition, sent an email to Fox and also purchased all 3 performances. Would you do your part to help ensure the shenanigans at ‘vote for the worst’ be rectified?

ay naku! si ALEX LAMBERT ang bet namin dito sa Pilipinas. Its so annoying lang kc he was wrongly voted out. AMERICA, what have you done? If only we can vote for him here in the Philippines, I would have voted for him many times to save him.

He was so wrongfully voted off… come on, there’s people from OUTSIDE of the country who are routing for him now, EVERYBODY wants him back on the show, & you wanna know why? Because it’s ALEX who has the most unique voice, it’s ALEX who has the star qualities, & it’s alex who is vulnerable & might be more shy than the other contestants, & you know what? this is what American Idol needs, actually no, this is what EVERYONE needs.

I have never voted on Idol before, but I tried to vote for him during the two hours after the show, EVERY WEEK before he was voted off. (Obviously a common trend) What a disappointment, and so upsetting. His voice was captivating, and so moving. We signed that petition, although I hate to say I doubt anything will come of it.
Just a side note: The last night he performed, I read posts online that people from international countries were able to get through and place their votes…how frustrating. I’m all for their votes, but it aggravated me that as I, an American, wasn’t able to vote for, well, AMERICAN Idol. The voting system is terrible and in my opinion inaccurate.
please please PLEASE bring him back! not just cause he’s adorable, but because he has a unique voice and it’s brilliant. he deserves a spot on that show.

Alex can do whatever he wants to. Awsome voice. World ALL his own. Hope he makes the right choices. I wish him the best
