Earthquake Chicago, Illinois

USGS reported that an earthquake hit Chicago, Illinois early Wednesday around 4 a.m. with a magnitude of 3.8. It was centered near Virgil, about 50 miles northwest of the city.

Even though the quake was relatively small, it was felt by residents as far away as southern Wisconsin, according to news reports.
