State of Emergency Delaware

Delaware Gov. Jack Markell has declared a state of emergency for the state of Delaware in the face of a massive winter storm. Only emergency vehicles and essential personnel are being allowed on the roads until further notice.

A State of Emergency is also up in Pennsylvania as snowfall totals continue to increase.
