Howard Stern as American Idol judge?

Rumors are spreading that famous radio personality Howard Stern will soon be the next American Idol judge. Howard Stern, America’s highest-paid radio host, may replace Simon Cowell when the latter will leave idol to focus on his X-Factor show.

Howard Stern’s contract with Sirius XM Radio will end next January and he would be willing to consider other offers.

However, another source said Stern is not confirmed anything yet.

The snitch said: “Despite what he’s been saying on-air, Howard isn’t ready to leave radio and would like to stay on at Sirius…We believe this is a ploy to make Sirius pay up and keep him on his huge contract. But if Sirius can’t pay him the money he wants, he may negotiate to film ‘Idol’ on the side.”
