Kate Plus 8 on Nov. 2
Bye bye to Jon Gosselin! After all the issues of the couple Jon and Kate Gosselin, and the debate of the future of the “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ TLC TV show, TLC has finally decided Tuesday to keep Kate Gosselin and get rid of Jon. “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ will soon become “Kate Plus 8.”
Starting in November, the show will be relaunched as “Kate Plus Eight,” TLC revealed Tuesday.
“Given the recent changes in the family dynamics, it only makes sense for us to refresh and recalibrate the program to keep pace with the family,” TLC president Eileen O’Neill said in a statement. “The family has evolved and we are attempting to evolve with it; we feel that Kate’s journey really resonates with our viewers.”
The network is also in development on a project with Kate for 2010.
“Kate Plus Eight” will premiere Nov. 2.
