The 2009 Tour De France Stage 14 results and latest standings are now in. Sergui Ivanov (Katusha) crossed the finish line first and won stage 14. American favorite Lance Armstrong fell from third to fourth place in the standing, after former teammate George Hincapie moved up to capture the 2nd place overall.
